So Shinobi has had a new bug ever since the new season kicked off. Basically it doesn't allow you to flow into your lights, heavies, or even charge your heavies after you double dodge if your reflex guard is active or if you switch your guard. This means that you can't chain double dodges and do quad dashes, you'll probably roll if you try to do a smokeless dash, and you can't chain smokeless dashes along with other problems. Before the update, this wasn't present. In fact, it would even change guard directions for you. I hope the devs fix this bug as it really hindered a huge part of his moveset.
