There's no reason why his light attacks should be that fast and no reason for him to have 3 different shield bashes that can hardly be punished if he misses, his recovery between them should be longer and guarantee a guard break just like every other hero with a shield bash in the game
At this point I sigh in the loading screen when I see a BP on the enemy team because I already know the game's not going to be fun
The only bash that is actually difficult to punish is his comboed/neutral forward bash. They nerfed it's recovery with the season 10 patch which now means all the dodge attacks that could barely punish it now can. His zone attack is incredibly slow and has a big GB vulnerability window both during and after it whiffs. And his soft feint bash is in the middle of the two. Not as hard to punish as his neutral/combo bash but not as easy to punish as his zone.
You might be switching your guard late which guarantees the combo bash. It's an unfortunate bug that still has yet to be addressed.
He's actually been quite heavily nerfed overall from his release state. So I don't really see any reason to nerf him further. Especially since the fellow has no chase down or range to punish people who space him, given how big of a window you have to dodge his dodge forward bash, and that feint into GB actually catches him when leaving bullwark now.
I'd suggest you pick him up and try him out for a few days to learn how to deal with him.
He doesn't need nerfing . You just need to learn to play against him . There's only a few decent BP I have came up against .
I tried using him and I sucked really bad , he definitely isn't a noob picked character ( characters that can be played by a ****** and still be good) it takes alot of skill to use him at a good level . IV only ever came across two good BP that where beasts but that wasn't because the BP is broken but because they had skill . Every other BP I just destroy .
