I have not been able to play the game since the may 4th update. I can log in to the game and get to the main menu but under all the game modes, story mode missions and training modes theres a "requirments not met" text. All of my daily and weekly contracts are unavailable and pending and after a few minutes in the menu the game kicks me back to the start screen with " critical error 7-00000004".
I tried getting help with a support ticket but they just linked me a faq I had already read and a playstation manual which was of no help. Im from EU Finland I have the game as a disc and my psn is The_112_Porsasta if that is of any help.
I have not been able to play with my friends ever since this happened so i hope you can do something. I have never had a problem like this since i bought the game when it came out. Id just like to play the game again.
Hi I'm a player on Xbox named Prompthorizen12 and I've been experiencing major connected issues i would get 1 connection issue *code* 2-00002911 and then a critical error *code* 7-00000004 I've have tried everything and I mean everything please I would just like to this amazing game again please get back to me as soon as you can thank you
Similar situation here, man. I've never had this issue since the release but suddenly after the new title update 2.08, the game gives me the 7-00000004 error every single time and the game is unplayable.. Which makes me upset because this was never an issue until now and I can't do anything about it.. Game was just fine literally the whole week before the update (I played almost every single day leading up to the new update so I would be able to purchase the new hero) but as soon as the update came, boom the game can't get past the "Contacting servers" screen.
