Korean chatting has been broken on the Division 2 for the last 4 weeks. If you are trying to type "Hello" in Korean, you end up with "HHHHHHHHeeeeeellllllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooo oooooooooooooo" in the chat screen. Nobody tries to talk in Korean on the clan chat given the bug, and that is one of major reasons that many Korean users decided to stop playing the Division 2.
Korean users have been very upset about UBI / Massive's no reaction on the critical chatting issue. And finally, Massive addressed the issue on the last SOTG that they apologize for inconvenience for Korean users and are going to fix it in the next patch.
After the last SOTG, UBIsoft Korea's facebook account proudly posted to their official Facebook saying "We are so awesome that we present Korean subtitles on SOTG!" Actually that Korean subtitle was an apology for Korean users for chatting issues, which is really long overdue and as such Korean users are still upset.
So the reaction was obvious. Many angry replies were posted in response to UBIsoft Korea's bragging post.
One of Korean users said on a reply, "The chatting issue should have been fixed a couple of weeks ago if UBIsoft Korea handled it properly"
And UBIsoft Korea's community manager for Facebook replied to that user,
"Hmm.. Are you so familiar with internal procedures within UBIsoft Korea? Are you one of employees? You are so wrong and ridiculous"
Can't translate word to word as the community manager used Korean meme to further mock the Korean user. But anyways, many Korean users felt offended and reacted fiercely.
UBIsoft Korea's community manager's attitude on this situation is unacceptable given that Korean users have had a critical bug for the last 4 weeks.
I would like to escalate this issue to UBIsoft's headquarters, but don't know where to report this.
