I'm aware that occasional bad frame rate has been an issue for a while, but I've personally seen it two or three times since launch. After this mornings server maintainence I am suddenly getting repeated bouts of really bad frame drop. The game starts fine but the frame rate begins to degrade almost instantly until it is unplayable (as in single digits). Logging out and back in again seems to reset the effect, but it starts degrading again straight away. I would say it takes a couple of minutes of play before you notice the frame rate is reducing and it has reached unplayable levels after 5-10 minutes of play. I have also tried completely shutting down the playstation and also restarting my router. Neither of these have prevented the problem from recuring. I've restarted the game 5 times this afternoon, all with the same issues. Could be coincidence, but it seems odd that it wasn't doing it last night, I have never suffered from it to these extremes before and it begins to effect me immediatly after server maintainence.
I'm playing on a standard PS4 rather than a pro
And in classic 'trying to identify an issue' news - I logged in at 11:30pm (uk time) when I got back in from work. Thought I'd just have a quick look to see if the issue was still persisting and ended up playing for two straight hours, in a group with 2 other clan mates, without any sign of slow down or other issues at all. Lets see what happens if I log in this morning. Watch this space...
Hello Agents,
Sorry to hear that you're having issues with FPS.
Have you tried rebuilding the database on the console?
-Turn on the Playstation 4 by pressing and holding the power button on the front panel until it beeps twice and then release.
-Connect the Playstation 4 controller with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.
-From the safe mode options select 'Rebuild Database'.
If the issue persists, could you pelase provide us with a short videos of this occurring?
