I can't play this game, keeps crashing to desktop.

I bought it a week ago, and since that very day I am troubleshooting it since. Not a single day without crashes. I tried reinstalling windows, all my drivers, full screen and borderless, DX12 and DX11, i tried checking the full screen optimization and the dpi set on application settings in compatibility tab, i tried launching it as administrator, i tried rollinb back on many different nvidia drivers, i tried assigning only one core to easy anti cheat, i tried locking my fps to 60. I am out of ideas, this is the biggest pile of hot garbage game I have ever purchased, how is this real world ? You pay 60 dollars for THIS ? If anyone has found any fix that could help me, I will REALLY appreciate it. My rig is: MSI GTX 1070, i5 9400f, 16 gb DDR4 Hyperx cl16 RAM, Gigabyte B360 HD3 Motherboard. I have my game installed on HDD, my system on SSD. I checked for Ram errors (my ram is week old btw, i just built a new pc) and i checked the hard disk as well. Dxdiag showed no errors. Game just crashes to desktop, with only the "do you want to send the report file to ubisoft" pop up. Sometimes i got a blue screen of death with Bad Module Info, i googled and it told me that the ram might be the cause of this, yet its showing no error in memory diagnostic. I still havent tried the intelligent standby list cleaner, i only found out about that today. Anyone has experience with that ? Thanks for any type of info, I'm just really sad right now. I thought that waiting 2 months after release for the purchase will make me avoid all kinds of these issues. I was wrong.Btw I also tried disabling overlay for both uplay and nvidia, still didnt help. Please someone save my soul ...

Try this and see if it works for you Sarkazmcz

If it doesn't there's a few other things we could try that would mean going into BIOS on the Gigabyte mobo as the architecture on Gigabyte is an interesting layout to say the least.

Edit:, I feel your pain and it should not be this hard... but it is
