Look I love all things Ghost Recon but if your gonna do Jon bernthal let's forget all this "break-lands" stuff and do it right....
License the rights from Netflix, re-work what you have got and give us a f'ing PUNISHER game...I tell you my money is on the table already for you.
Package it up with a season pass, a skull poster and sound track (of which is already made for you) a 12 inch figure for $250 aud and I'm there - do you hear me Ubi the money is already on the table - Wake Up
even if it was a ghost recon clone It would be amazing and us punisher fans would go nuts -

Second, and more importantly Disney has a series of Marvel video games which feature the Punisher as a playable character that they have spent way too much money on to get the players to like, so they aren't likely going to license one of those properties away to another company.

Look I love the punisher. I wore a punisher morale patch when I was in the sandbox. The Punisher however isn't a great soldier not mentally stable enough to operate at a spec ops level, let alone a tier 1 level.
A separate Punisher game. It would depend on how the mechanics worked.
Would UBI do it? I doubt it. As Gazillion and EA have learned Disney is a cruel task master when it comes to their games. Their contracts to date give them creative control and the ability to demand massive and expensive reworks.
Gazillion was bankrupted by the requirements of their contract. EA is struggling to profit with their SW properties.
So I just don't see it happening.
