Is there any way that I can transfer my 180 reps on PS4 onto my PC? I'm using the same steam account but none of my old data is even showing on my uplay only when I look on my ps4. I've spent over 300 dollars on outfits and executions. Please help me help out?

Same story here, got the collectors edition on PS4 and can't transfer all my progression to my PC. Since I got my GTX 2080 I can't stand playing on the PS4 anymore!
I really don't mind buying the DLC´s again, I just want my chars copied to PC.

I am sorry to say that we cannot actually transfer progress, unlocks or purchases between different platforms.
