    Oh, the SUPPLY room. Yeah, I suppose that makes sense.

    What threw me is that "Stock" in this context can also be used to mean "generic". So you had a "Generic Error", which... yeah, completely confused me.

    What do you mean which tier I am ? Are you talking about the level of my brotherhood or something else ?

    Just to clarify, my game does NOT crash, I just can't enter the room. Sometimes the icon to move to the room is there and doesn't work and sometimes I just have nothing.

    I tried with two teams : Maria (4 stars), Ínigo and Luisa (both 5 stars) and Luciano, Yusuf and Ínigo (all of them are 5 stars)

    The support just answered this was a known problem but I'm checking updates and I see nothing to fix this. I already cleared all the datas from my phone and even uninstalled the game with no change.

    The reason I asked which tier you were using was because I thought this was only an issue during an event, where there are essentially 5 difficulty levels (or 'tiers').

    Re-reading your question, it's happening during a permanent mission, so my question about tiers is irrelevant. My apologies.

    As for your actual issue... I'm kind of baffled. I've never noticed this happening before, and pretty much the only thing I can suggest is to try using 'auto' when you're about to get to the relevant area you get stuck on.

    Yeah Funny that they now force you to set up Facebook. Why did they remove Ubisoft login. We come here to play not to trade our data to Facebook and dirty works Inc

    From my side, as someone who works in software delivery as well, I would like to know the real cause behind this failure with version 2.9.0. The explanation which has beenprovided here, changes in the skill system, is not the cause of what we are experiencing but, one of the targets of the 2.9.0 update which, has been poorly implemented.

    The causes might be multiple, and we can include a lack of or not enough regression testing among them for sure but, I'm curios if Bunny or Bumble will ever tell us what has gone wrong.

    I don't know how forgiving is the Ubisoft Canda hierarchy with this kind of failure but, if someone would do something like this at my current workplace or the preivous ones the consequences would be serious.

    I have the same opinions...
    They have limited human resources, maybe not even dedicated devs for this project.
    No testing whatsoever, it's easier to have the players report the problems so they can fix them in the next 2-3 months.

    As a side story, about 2 weeks after 2.9.0 was released I also reported the issues in game, not just on forums. Issues like Luciano being broken, throwing knives not granting initiative, low DPS and so on. They asked me to provide screenshots for everything, like they not even knew about all of this. Really, 2 weeks after the forums are filed with complaints about all is broken, you ask me to provide screenshots?! How about testing the damn issue yourself, it's general, not some isolated bug in some mission.

    3 weeks ago I wrote about dropping orders for a supply room. This still happens regularly today, and also in the library. This is very annoying, I ask the developers to fix it.
