Any casual player who has played the game since release should be at GS500 by now.

The game is not a sandbox created for the lowest common denominators to tootle around in...

You do not see the irony in this statement do you.

Not everybody can sit on their rear playing games all day. Games are not only for the hardcore 18 hours a day players and they never have been. Games are there to be played when and at what pace people want to play them at. A game is a break from the reality and stresses of life, a game shouldn't be a way of life.
True, I just don't understand this hardcore gamer nonsense. Should a game be a substitute for real life? A hardcore gamer insists you must dedicate your life in a game is the most stupid idea ever.

irony - "the expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect"

    No ... I don't.

Whats crazy is i think i fit the category of hardcore gamer, and i also think its pure nonsense to blame the game state on a group of players. If you ask them to clarify how they changed it, it comes down to posts on here a month ago. If the hardcore gamers think the devs changed it due to that they should lay off the pipe.

It's not being anti-social. I usually play alone, the exception being when I play with people in my clan, but then we are all of similar age and have a slightly different outlook on the game than most.

None of us has any desire to speed through the content to get to the highest GS, we would much rather spend time and spend time seeing the amazing world that Massive/Ubi/Redsorm have created for us.

Can anyone provide any actual evidence that casuals are bad for games? That hardcore players are the ones that keep games alive? I would like to see it because I'll be honest with you I don't believe it for one second. Not one. You see, I'm a casual gamer. All the games I play are still there. It's almost, I do stress almost since I don't have the actual data, like these games that cater to casual players are actually doing pretty damn good.

So, do any of you hot heads have any data to support your casual hate? I'd love to see it and if I'm wrong I'm fully willing to fall on my sword and admit it.

I kind of agree and the other new thing is.

They are now suggesting that Casuals are only P v E players (basically they are one and the same)

    Which I find quite amusing considering there are hardcore P v P players and Casual P v P players.in P v P only games
