So I have been playing For Honor for about a year and I’m only a rep 17. You ask why ? well let me Explain. So every two or so games I have to stop playing because the games has so many issues. Here are some I’ve been dealing with:
- absolutely no red indicator for an incoming strike.
-the character does not block a simple light attack even tho my block is in that same direction since the beginning of the fight.
-really bad matchmaking when playing with higher rep teammates ( because even tho I’m rep 17 I can still Play with rep 50-200 friends). I usualy end up playing against rep 200-400
- most of the time I can’t connect to the ForHonor servers (once every three times I want to play)
-many more bugs like guard break that doesn’t guard break, heavy attacks faster than light attacks and unable to execute
I also have some personal comment on some characters and new updates so don’t be mad if you don’t like this
-the bots are so stupid please fix them
-Ubisoft messed with all the OG defensive type character since the new clan was added and that messed with a lot of our play style
-i got brain damage because of the cancer these next characters gave me: CENTURION,OROCHI,KENSEI and HITOKIRI. These are the perfect exemple of badly balanced Warriors if you want to know what’s wrong Well PLAY THE GAME. You’ll find out soon enough or call me over to a meeting in MTL
- since the Chinese were added the territory war just doesn’t make sense anymore and the just should of added new car to the existing clans instead. What’s next you are going to add tribal warriors from all countries or great armies ? The campaign doesn’t make sense anymore
I have so many things to say on the game but the original tester probably weren’t playing the same game as me and my buddies because the game is frustrating at times and unfortunately "at times" is most of the time and I feel like it needs work.
Otherwise I do like the game but I feel like Ubisoft is doing whatever they want and it’s just not working!
So Ubisoft you wanted me to write on the forum so let’s see if my comment on FB is false or true.

It's not just you. For Honor has always had a lot of problems.
- The servers are still pretty bad even though they are much better than they used to be
- The defensive meta that used to be in the game had to go. It got to the point where decent players couldn't do anything without getting punished and fights turned into starring matches
- The bots are still dumb and frustrating at the same time. They don't understand anything about what they should be doing, but they still parry all your attacks anyway
- Ubisoft has been working on reworking and balancing heroes for the last year. Sadly, the game isn't anymore balanced now than it was then.
- I'm being honest here. If you think CENTURION,OROCHI,KENSEI and HITOKIRI are difficult then you just need more practice. Most experienced players consider them weak.
- Most players don't care about the territory war, so Ubisoft never bothered changing the map when the Wu Lin were introduced
- Most players also don't care about the campaign
My advice is to just play the game and have fun. Don't get frustrated or take it too seriously.
