So, let me say that I like the Division 2 and the differences from the Division, but I have a few questions about specializations.
Why are these even in the game except for the talent/perk trees?
Why, every time I log-in to the game, are all my hard earned special ammo gone?
Who actually uses these except for the grenade launcher and to get the "Arrow to the knee" commendation? (these are still useless)
Why when SWITCHING LOAD-OUTS, doesn't the SPECIALIZATION SWITCH????
Wait what, the group wiped in the middle of a challenging, I'll change from damage to my healer build. Wait why did the seeker explode and not heal? Oh, it must have to be reequipped. What, I am still in Sharpshooter. How do you change specializations to Survivalist in the menu??????
be happy you can swap specialisation in HQ. In most other games you cant swap specialisations at all (MMORPGs).Originally Posted by c240h90o4ns Go to original post
specialisations give a little buff. nothing big but you realize if it is missing (stability +30% or reload speed of the sniper spec)
you can swap spec and get full ammo after that for free. (dont know if it is a bug or intended)
if you want to equip a healer build during a mission your doing something wrong. at least thats my point of view. not having a healing skill in a group build is one of the major flaws i see around here. everybody should have at least 1 heal skill and share the healing wheb theirs is on cooldown. (drone, launcher or seeker, whatever floats your boat)
personally i dont like the grenadier spec. the weapon is not that easy to aim and the passives dobt support my playstyle.
i dont say the specials are perfect, but okish. they dont buff you that hard but also dont break the game with insane buffs.
im interestet how they realize the new special "minigunner" what buffs he will recive, if they change stuff from the old specials too. some stuff makes sense other stuff doesnt. (no pistol damage buff on sniper etc)
regardibg healing, i would like to see a medic build who can use his superweapon to either heal the whole team to full or to revive a teammate to full health/armor.
