    RAM Usage 19gb @ 1080P, Seriously?

I don't know about you but this is my Ram usage. First time I run this game I experience so much lag and and huge frame drops to zero I thought it was my GPU getting hot but it's only 60 to 70 degrees. Then I notice It uses all my Ram, it was only 16gb. I bought another pair of RAM just today and test the game for 3 hours. The lag was gone and the frame drops, but my RAM usage is 17gb to 19gb. Man, this is too much for just 1080p.

    My Game Stettings Max
    My PC Specs.
    i7 9700k 4.6ghz
    RAM T-Force DDR4 32gb @3200mhz
    RTX 2070 MSI Armor
Samsung EVO 970 M.2 for OS
Samsung 860 EVO SSD Game installed

I play at 1080 and i have 16gb RAM. At most, in game, 75% of the ram is used so I think you have some problems with your system. And don't have any lag or performance issue.

Are you sure it was being used and not just being allocated? Some engines will ask for as many resources as they can get but it doesn't mean that the engine uses all of those resources.

I think my game on PC at 1440p uses 11gb of ram when running. Some of that is Windows though so I think it's closer to 8gb in use.

Yeah, there must be something wrong with your setup. There could be other reasons such as other programs running or maybe it's trying to access your SSD. Is one or more SSD near full? Are you using windowed mode or full screen? Have you tried the benchmark test?

Whoa Memory leak somewhere.....I am sitting in game righ tnow, 3.7GB/32GB used.

I noticed that if you use a Corsair keybaord with Cue, the active keyboard setting does really take some memory...it was not that much, but to me it was almost double.

Or, shoot yourself in the head.

Never go full console. They are the cause of all gaming woes.I guarantee, if we did a flow chart, your pc problems will lead back to consoles.

What are you using to measure this? If you are using windows resource manager, and I am guessing you are, the 17-19GB memory is "commit memory, which is virtual memory". "Working set" is the amount of physical RAM being used by the process -- that is the number you should care most about.
