Dude Every 9 out of 10 players faced this issue even me also, how the dev team didn't find this issue?

if you can not fix a bug in the game then why are you selling this game? if you cant fix the bug just stop selling the game! i have waste my money on this game . this glitch is very annoying. i don't think any one can play a game while a dialogue repeating continuously.

Someone mentioned the Oracle mission which I assume was "Operation Oracle"

But........this stessful dialogue is a sound file? is in the audio files of game or is loaded from the ubisoft server?
This dialogue is playing also offline.
