Anyone else experiencing more disconnecting in matches on console since update? | Forums

Am I the only one here experiencing more disconnecting in matches since the update rolled out? im used to a disconnect here or there but Ive been disconnected from matches on xbox 5 times today and It hasn't been my internet thats caused it. Is there others out there that are experiencing similar disconnects more frequently or should I be looking to other sources for some answers?

It was really bad on Thursday. I had a match where everybody in the game except me was disconnected at the same time. Stuff like that hasn't happened since dedicated servers were put into place in Season 5. This is on PS4. Still a little laggy lately but not anymore disconnects.

Yeah I dont know as I said Im used to a disconnect here or there but my ping will be completely steady, internet will be fine and Ill get randomly disconnected. At the beginning of the game its whatever but Ive gotten disconeccted twice now where its got like 2 minutes left in the game so all that time spent was for nothing. I play on xbox but i imagine if somethings happening that it should extend to both ps4 and xbox.

I played three games with some friends the other day and the last game was ended by everyone getting disconnected.

I’ve been getting dced constantly. Ubisoft just hates Xbox, what was the point of dedicated servers again ?

A few questions/comments:
What regions are you guys playing in?
Is this affecting matchmaking times?
Any particular messages/error codes?
I'm seeing a preponderance of Xbox players, so PS4 and PC folks feel free to chime in if you're also seeing this.

1. I play in the North America Region
2. Matchmaking times have been pretty quick for me so I haven't noticed any difference there.
3. The message I have been getting basically is "You were disconnected from the match, Please try again later" and no specific code with it
