    FullScreen does not work

The game only works in Windowed and Windowed FullScreen modes. When I select normal FullScreen, the game restarts itself back into Windowed mode. BTW, I am seriously pissed off with Ubisoft and their new BS AntiCheat that prevents legit players from loading the game. I had NOTHING, BUT PROBLEMS with The Division 2, Ghost Recon Wildlands, and Rainbow Six. I BARELY played them because they all have issues starting up. I want REFUNDS on all 3!

I was wrong. Even FullScreen Windowed/Borderless does not work. The game closes itself if I select anything other than Windowed at non-native resolution. I tried several drivers, versions of Windows, etc. NADA and don't bother telling me to VERIFY FILES. I have done that and that has NEVER solved ANYTHING in the past.

Found the issue. It's the Uplay overlay... In Rainbow Six the game crashes WITHOUT overlay enabled, but in The Division 2, Full screen exclusive mode is not possible WITH Uplay overlay enabled.

This is utter BS. How do I get a full refund? I spent over $100 on each of those games and got nothing, but persistent issues.

Hi MonarchX. I am glad you were able to resolve your issue. It is quite strange that the Uplay overlay would be causing this issue for you. Do you have any other overlay programs currently running?

    Discord Overlay

I was having this issue out of no where yesterday and couldn't find a fix. I then remembered it happened sometime after I activated the Discord overlay. I opened up the Windows Task Manager and closed all background process for discord. This time when I launched the game, I was able to enter and exit full screen mode again.
