Reward ranges for content should be in tiers. I understand the idea behind a "solo" player having access to gear but if you are solo what would you need the highest level gear for? And that is specific to someone never going through certain content like Heroics, ODZ or Raids. If you are and still consider yourself a solo player the tiers would still apply to you since you'd still be going through the content. I can understand not locking things between PvP and PvE but at the same time there has to be some difference to a chest in the open world and a mission completion. Maybe that's just me tho. This includes my views on specialization points and how they should spread through the reward tiers as well.

All this being said, I don't think this will fix the issue of certain gear not feeling rewarding or the rng issues of getting what you want. But alot of loot and incentive is better than minimal loot. This also barely touches the DZ and it's rewards. Even though I'm DZ 50, I rarely go in the DZ and never have done Conflict. PvP isn't my thing and I don't think I have to know how to offer suggestions on that side. I tried to include it but I really just balanced it to what I've applied.

Bounties
For Bounties clearly you wouldn't get target intel but you should still have incentive to do them. So Challenging and Heroic Bounties should have chances to drop exotics along with large Faction Key drops. I'd also go so far as to say they should all have specialization points as well.

Example:
Taskforce Echo - Challenging

- Bounty Completion
XP Medium Yield
Credit Medium Yield
3 Specialization Points
10 Apparel Cache Key Fragments

- Main Bounty
1 Assault Rifle
1 Mask
2 Random Equipment (Chance for exotic)
2 Faction Keys

- Henchman
2 Random Equipment
1 Faction Keys

Missions
So the goal here would be the boss/side boss drops would always be the maximum but the chests and drops throughout the mission would be in the tier range. For the main boss specifically they should also drop specific combinations of armor/weapon if people want to grind for something specific. Like the bounties do only more plus whatever drops in the mission.

Example:
Lincoln Memorial - Challenging

- Mission Completion
XP Medium Yield
Credit Medium Yield
15 Target Intel
5 Specialization Points
15 Apparel Cache Key Fragments

- Main Boss Loot
1 Assault Rifle
1 Body Armor
3 Random Equipment (Chance for exotic)
Faction Key

- Side Boss 1
2 Random Equipment
Faction Key

- Side Boss 2
2 Random Equipment
Faction Key

Projects
For Projects pretty much jumping up the reward for doing them. Right now there's no reason to imo. Another caveat of the Project should be to give you so much to do that it feels like you'll actually be there all day. Sure someone with alot of time could do everything but the purpose should be to give always give a player options of what they want to do instead of 1-3 things to do per day and then be done and gone. Direction helps in an open world loot game imo.

Field/DZ Profciency Caches and Clan Weekly Caches
Honestly I wouldn't change anything about the Field or DZ Caches. They work fine as intended. The Clan Caches on the other hand I feel should drop more per week. I'd just double what you get from them and be done with that.

Vendors and the Gunrunner
Vendors just need to sell more and have a better E-credit sell ratio. I should be looking to buy from them whether for recal purposes or a good drop to supplement whatever build I'm making. No they shouldn't match a Challenging or Heroic but they should at least be able to get you to match the Hard content tier drops.

The Gunrunner on the other hand is a different story. She should be selling Named High-ends that matter. Her named weapons should be something people should want to use. So pretty much Heroic tier, Challenging minimum. Max roll or higher stats to some degree. Also I'd talk to the guys who make meta builds and ask what's the best weapon talent combinations and apply it to the named weapons. I'd go so far as to add talents that you wouldn't see in a class like Lucky shot on an LMG or Assault Rifle. Right now she's no better than the other vendors other than she gives named guns with flavor text. That should change considering you need to find the snitch to even buy from her. The same should apply to the Thieves Den seller.

Club Weekly Challenges
. . . 100 credits word? 15,000 credits minimum.
