Why am I now getting paid less for the same work?

Long before May the 2nd, 2019 I had discovered the best and easiest way to get steel is dominion. Seeing as you would receive 50 steel regardless of how many kills you had what your score was or even if your team won or lost in only a matter of about 20 minutes at most. But now after this new update with Sakura I've noticed a few changes in the maps, small UI change, but then I completed the match to discover I would only receive 39 steel instead of 50 as usual. I did google this but given it is a very recently released thing I would understand that my search would be result...less and that is why I am here! From what I have been able to understand after completing a second match I received less than before after not doing so well that match.
Has Ubisoft decided to sh*t on us and make our farming more difficult for now our payment is being judged by our match performance?!
If that is Ubisofts attempt to make us want to buy steel more often then I have lost faith and have no respect for Ubisoft as a company. (Though, faith in ubi has been slowly dying out to begin with but if this is true then the little bit of faith for them I have been trying to hold onto is about to be flung off the f**king planet because they clearly don't care about their customers opinions and level appreciation for their products.)

It's not performance that decides it, it's time spent. Very quick finishing of matches leads to incredibly low steel rewards, while you need to have very long matches to even match the previous steel rewards, let alone go over that.

And yeah, this is a blatant attempt to push you towards microtransactions.

    Hm

That's depressing, seems it would be time someone showed these companies how to run **** and make some real money. Micro-transactions are not going to be the future for the gaming industry's profits; Good f**king games are.

Whats got me the most upset about it... is the fact they only pocket the majority of the profits made from the MT. Unlike other gaming companies I know that use their ingame profits to make the game itself better and more enjoyable for the player thus making the player actually want to spend MORE money on the game.

Unfortunately, Ubisoft will never see this nor would they take an experienced customers advice or listen to their opinion on how they are telling you how to get them to give you more money than you currently receive from them. Thus this company will continue making sh*t games like EA with only a chance of having a very successful game for only a short time before it dies out because they never care to properly nurture the game or its community to keep it lively.

I give them about 3 years to get their sh*t together before some new kid on the block steps up and sh*ts on their games without being able to be sued or copystruck or whatever the term is... clearly I'm not this kid lol but I have pretty intense feeling someone is gonna blow up the gaming industry big time.
    You've been warned, Ubi.

I think that any work is really important but if you are having not enough money, I suggest to try ltc to trx. This solution is a really interesting opportunity in order to get some money, to trade on crypto and is a good financial website.
