Anyone elses weapon damage get nerfed after reset?

I know it sounds crazy but I have a M700 that had 104.4K base damage before the reset and now it's at 94.4K. I am not halucinatiing and no I don't have photographic evidence because I didn't think to take a screen shot of my weapons last week. I am very confused because I also Have a M700 Carbon that had 87K base damage and now it has 77K. Did anyone else notice anything strange like this??

if more than one gun of the same category show lower bullet damage, you probably switched a piece that had marksman rifles damage to something else.

the bullet damage on marksman rifles in the inventory and on yourself shows with your weapon damage and marksman rifle damage bonus applied.
either you lost some weapon damage or some marksman rifle damage, i would think.

i don't think anything changed since last week (only a fix to henry hayes)

*also you might have upgraded a piece that has different mod slots and ended up losing some dmg from offensive mods, that's another possibility.

Oh wow! Ok I'm an idiot. That makes sense because I did change my built a little bit and lost some damage stats. Thanks man!

I thought the same thing about my assualt rifle, but then I realized that I had swapped to the demolition class right before I logged off yesterday. Thus I lost the 15% damage boost & forgot I swapped, my bad.

No more a idiot than 90% of the computer using world... and you at least owned it. I run IT for companies and I can not tell you how many times people blame their computers for something they did. It generally goes something like this (this was one of the most extreme though):

Me: One of my team members just came back in near tears, so here I am, lets start at the beginning... What did you change on your laptop?

Answer: What do you mean what did I change?!?!? I didn't change anything, the stupid computer just stopped working and I lost 2 weeks of work!!!! You guys suck, our technology sucks and you couldn't configure a laptop if your life depended on it!!!!

Me: Two weeks of work huh? You didn't check it in, back it up, make a copy or anything for two weeks? Okayyyy then... what were you doing just before it broke?

Answer: NOTHING, I was just taking a break and started to play this game, I have been working my azz off for two weeks on this project and didn't have time to check it in, our laptops are supposed to work correctly!!!! You guys just cost me everything, I am going to have to cancel my vacation to recreate all this work now, heads are gonna roll!!!!

Me: Hmmm... We don't have games on our computers, why does yours?

Answer: I just downloaded it from the Internet. Whats that have to do with anything, its just a freaking game?!? I didn't change a thing! This is all your teams fault!!!

Me: Unplug your computer and hand it to me, you can collect it back from InfoSec, as it probably now has a virus, but they will make sure. Hopefully you didn't infect your whole department... but we will find out. I will let your boss know why you lost all the work and why we will be collecting everyone's computer on your subnet, including his. BTW, if you ever swear at one of my employees or treat them that way again, you will be handing your laptop to HR, not InfoSec. Have a nice day and oh.... sorry about the vacation thing!

That was an actual conversation, not with a marketing, finance or bizdev person... with a software engineer of all people, I learned it long ago, but it still surprises me how little some software engineers know about computers. You would think they would fully understand the medium that they use and write software for, but apparently not any more than most people.

I know that was a bit off topic, but reading this thread reminded me of that.
