I've got some clarifying information from the game team regarding what you're seeing GregorioBue2017.
The bots are mostly static, meaning they don't change armour much, and they definitely don't change gender if you reload them. Also, since you're playing against level 1 bots, they will always have the basic armour on it, no fancy helm or axe or anything like that because the customisation is based on bot levels, so the level 1 will be very basic. When you encounter level 2 or 3 bots they will have more customisation, but these also don't vary much, if at all, when reloaded.

Also the level 2 and 3 of the Raider has the exact same type of armor (the chainmail helm), only with some horns, tattoos and ornaments on it. I'm uploading another clip, showing you that other Heroes (Black Prior in this clip) has different armor when you face them in training mode.
I'm not talking about armor level, I know you only get the base armor in the level 1 BOT, I talking about different KIND of basic armor. I'll post the clip as soon as it's uploaded.

As you can see, the third Black Prior has a completely different armor set, and the second has different colors. If you watch again the Raider clip I sent you yesterday, those Raiders have the EXACT same armors. Before the update I could get the fur arm piece along with the basic helm, or another set of armor with the skull helm. Now only chainmail helm in every Raider I face.
