So I see this has been an issue for a few people for a while now with no fix from what I can see. My game was running fine until about 2 weeks ago, Booted up Uplay to play and then the game states "UNABLE TO FIND GAME FILES" Click locate it says all the files are there and fine, tried re installing and verifying and the same issue is still present. Opened a support ticket over a week ago with no answer for Ubisoft. I'm running out of ideas on how to try and fix this. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this or work around it?

In the meantime, to try and resolve the issue, please complete the following steps:
- Restart the Uplay PC application.
- If you have verified your game files already, please "Update" your game, if the option is available.
Should the issue persist after following the suggested troubleshooting, please reinstall the Uplay PC application. Before uninstalling the client, ensure you have manually backed up your save files and see whether that brings any results.
