I’m hearing a nerf wave is coming hard. Which sounds very concerning to me. Ubisoft please listen. I’ve been playing the division since launch of the first game and the same goes for the Division 2. I bought the Ultimate Edition of the Division 2 and have logged in over 200 hours of playing time trying to perfect my build. I hardly think it’s fair for you to nerf everything on account of some noobs crying about this or that being over powered when in fact it was their own incompetence that got them killed. If you nerf the best guns or gear then they start crying about the next best thing. It’s a never ending cycle that will only push your biggest fans and supporters away. That is the exact reason why I stopped playing the Division 1. Besides the developers created the game the way they see fit and I’m sure they didn’t make anything super overpowered. As of right now everything seems balanced to me. I didn’t spend my hard earned money on the Ultimate Edition and 200+ hours of playing time for them to nerf my build. So what changes do you expect to come or what would the rest of you like to be done?
Just look at all the changes they did on the PTS, it is basically a whole new balance, no idea how it will turn out in the end, especially as they are far from done yet.Originally Posted by The18thFret Go to original post
Yea Challenging difficulty is way too easy now. Honestly they shouldn’t have nerfed it. What they should have done was a very slight nerf to heroic. Like if you die at the last part of a heroic stronghold you shouldn’t have to start all over again.Originally Posted by NORTHBOERN1 Go to original post
There are Division players and PVE players in general that will never touch PVP in games like this. It's not rocket science as to why either. The DZ can be a very toxic place for some people, to the point where it can literally drive some away from playing the game again. I've had many negative experiences in the old DZ, being attacked solo (I mean, boohoo, who cares), having my own random team leave group and attack me at extraction to steal my loot, yes that happened, had couple encounters with racism, etc.Originally Posted by Renegade2152018 Go to original post
If you don't have thick skin, it's better to not play the DZ because it will drive a lot of players away. All the 515 loot in the world won't change those players minds and tbh they have a right not to enter the DZ and have just as much access to the same loot as PVP players.
