    I purchased the year 3 pass , but i didnīt get it and it took my money.

    Hello , i just want to ask something , a few days ago , i bought the year 3 pass but i didnīt receive it and the game took my money from steam. I contacted the support and they told me that the purchase didnīt fully complete and that it can take up to 4 business days to complete. Itīs already 3rd business day after the purchase , if i donīt get the pack what do i have to do then ? And also 1 thing , the guy from support wrote this: "You will want to reach out to your bank to inquire about the hold on your account as well."
    Well, i always add my money to steam by paysafecard , is there any problem with that ?

    I'm sorry that the payment did not process through Steam. While they are a separate platform, I can tell you that normally an "open" order (One that has not fully completed) would return the funds as the order did not fully complete.

    I imagine that the funds should return to your Steam Wallet if the purchase does not complete. I would be unsure of a time scale as this is something Steam would need to provide. They ask you to contact your bank about the payment as banks can give more accurate time scales, but I appreciate that Paysafe cards are different. I hope it gets resolved for you!
