    Should the Chem Launcher be a sticky?

    Just asking an honest question. I've noticed that with the current 'mobility' skills of NPCs as soon as you shoot the chem launcher at them, they either rubber band to a different dimension or instantly sprint to another location effectively taking no armor damage from the chem launcher.

    Would turning that into a sticky be to overpowered? I figure if it stuck to a target then it would kill his armor as intended and as he sprinted around trying to get it off, the cloud would do the same armor damage it does not to any NPCs in proximity.

    Actually it was quite potent with radius & ammo increasing mods before the TB update.
    However yeah at this point it's pretty useless aside from getting an npc to leave cover.
    Making it a sticky would be interesting & useful, but I doubt such an add-on for it would be implemented.
