    New Nvida drivers.

Anyone tried the new Nvidia drivers version 430.53 Hotfix? If so how does TD2 run with them?

Hey! I am unsure what player's experience has been with TCTD2 specifically with these new drivers, but I know the hotfix is very important as it resolved overly high CPU usage. Hopefully other players can add some input with their experience.

    actually, y?
since years i neither trust nvidia, nor ms with drivers anymore... too often they deliver broken, or better, system-breaking drivers which anyways dont give me any benefits...
just install drivers when theyre actually NEEDED for specific cases....
but im also a boring type of gamer... wasting hundrets of hours in the same 5 games but thats it... xD
    ...
id reccomend, manually clean installation of graphicdrivers but ONLY when needed

I was getting the teleporting NPC plus freezes with a newer driver, not the latest, but when I reverted back to 418.91 the teleporting stopped.

I also think the slow loading fix was due to the latest patch.

That wasn't a driver issue. It was server related.

Stop blaming Nvidia for crashes and high CPU usage lol

It's a game engine coding or EAC issue imho. AMD users have crashes too.

Prior to patch 1.7 there were less frequent crashes and only after that did issues start to arise. Additionally, Nvidia have said they don't know what the problem is in their past 2 driver releases on the GeForce forums.Ubisoft are misinforming us yet again by blaming Nvidia.

I have these drivers since the first day they came out.
The game still crashing into the desktop.
    Micro stuttering continues.
