Not sure if i'm putting this in the right spot of not but here it is.
New cent. execution idea, Called Confido Prodiderat (Trust Betrayed)
What I was thinking was something to contrast the pollice verso execution, it would start like pollice verso except it would be a thumbs up and he would help the opponent get up and this is where one of two variations in what I would want happens; either he gives him a hit on the back like you would if you were greeting someone then stabs him like warden does in the taking out the trash emote, or the guy starts to walk away and cent comes behind him and stabs him in the neck/back area and he turns around in shock.
Hope you guys like my idea
I don't think it fits Centurion's theme. Centurion is all about power, brutality, and classic masculinity through domination and conquest of the enemy. Using surprise instead of crushing and forcing the submission of an opponent is antithetical to everything we know about Centurion.
Look at every single one of his executions. Each one is an expression of power, dominance, strength, precision, and skill. Most executions are, but Centurion highlights these attributes, especially power and dominance.
He is a conqueror and a warrior in the classical senses of the word.
Although your comment is true rick, he also does rely on cunning and with as seen in some of his executions, perhaps it could be kind of like what i described except he would turn the guy around and do something along the lines of a sucker punch to the stomach and beheading them as they are kneeling down, or possibly something like the titanfall 2 neck breaker execution, or even perhaps a suplex?
I am Mysterieizer, and my job is to judge theories or ideas across the internet. I must say, that this could be a good execution for a Peacekeeper, if given more thought, but backstabbing is NOT a Centurion's style of play. Great battlefield efficiency, strength of a lion and elegance of eagle. More true symbolics for Roman empire cannot be shown. Rome, as a great empire conquering the world, back in the day, would be presented as ferocious, powerful, most importantly - dominant, not shy, hideous and in need of betrayal, trickery, and/or backstabbing.
