It't +14 here in Ontario, Canada But the rest of my family in Ukraine say it's been a bad winter there. Hope it gets better for you guys!

We recieved 30 cm today

Short bout of snow fall earlier this morning (about 1 or 2 cm) but now the sun is shining absolutely brilliantly.

SNOW? What's SNOW?? 37c today in Perth, Western Australia and 38c tomorrow!! I'd give my right foot for a little bit of snow down here!! It only gets to an average of 15-16c in winter here!!

I'm jealous... Although I heard on the news you guys are getting rather a lot more snow then usual.. is that right?? I have a theory about weather, when it's cold you can always put more clothes on to keep warm, but when it's hot, once you're stark naked and sitting in an ice bath, there ain't much more you can do!!!

We have so much snow here especially in the south that we could start exporting that stuff.


Heh if you build yourself an huge refrigerator hall over there we could supply you with lots of that stuff if you like.


There was this Saudi-Arabian oil sheihk with too much money that had the idea of building an huge hall like that over there for skiing and snowboarding.

Only problem : He never saw real snow in his entire life and traveled to Swiss to learn skiing.

Once there he had serious problems with the temperatures.

It was only +6 Degrees Celsius and he was already shaking and became slightly blue in his face


I wonder what would had happened to him with -20 degrees we had in Berlin a few weeks ago or the -40 in moscow.

it is snowing again here also. It was in the low 40s on friday/saturday and now its frikin cold and snowing again, IN MARCH. I do not know about you fellers but I am getting sick of winter, I want to mow my lawn.

It's funny how we look forwards to something like mowing the lawn. My house doesn't have a lawn, but I think I would now be looking forward to mowing it if I had one
