    Deluxe Edition content not unlocked

    Bought the Starlink Deluxe Edition on steam, have been playing for more than one hour and the Deluxe Edition content (the extra ship, pilots and weapons) are not unlocked. Also, once I finally could unlock it on Uplay from Steam a "activate Starlink deluxe edition on your uplay account" message or something like that appeared, but there is no indication in my library where it says I have the Deluxe Edition.

    I created a support ticket and attached an image with the purchase from steam, showing that indeed is the Deluxe edition. The case number is 08793348.

    Same Problem on Uplay

    Hello

    I have Payed the Deluxe Edition on Uplay Store (PC).
    I Play 2 Weeks and today i can not more Play my DLC´s Packages.
    All my DLC´s Ships on Weapons, Pilots Locked

    Hello,

    It just happened to me. I bought the deluxe on uplay during the E3 sale. I got the first collection pack ( http://gdvlsr.free.fr/starlink_uplay.png )

    In game, the content is "unlinked" :

    * http://gdvlsr.free.fr/starlink_no_ship.jpg
    * http://gdvlsr.free.fr/starlink_no_weapon_dlc.jpg
    * http://gdvlsr.free.fr/starlink_no_wing_dlc.jpg

    I verified the game files : When I did, I was asked to authorize Uplay to modify the files, and I clicked OK. Upon completion, it said they were all validated. I relaunched the game then and Uplay asked again to modify the files (I found it strange). I clicked OK but after loading the game, the content is still unlinked.

    I re-verified the game files, and relaunched the game again but this time, I denied Uplay to modify files on my computer when launching the game, but it changed nothing : content is still unlinked.

    I'm playing on Windows 10 and I remarked that the Challenges were down too... I don't know if that hints at anything.

    Sorry to see you are having issues with the deluxe version of Starlink
    Can you head on over to our support site and set up a case where we will be able to get the game team to look into this.
    Can you also upload a fullscreen uncropped screenshot showing your email receipt from the purchase.

    Hello Ubi-Ginge,

    I was away from home for 2 days and just relaunched the game and everything is working fine. Maybe restarting the computer was necessary. If it happens again, I'll try restarting and see if it solves this problem again.
