Hi, same issue here with the store page not loading. Resizing the window appears to temporarily fix the problem for me if I resize it precisely to where I can get the store page to load. My resolution is 1920x1080 at 75hz.

This issue has been reported to the Uplay team. If you guys could, please submit a ticket with a copy of your Ubisoft Game Launcher logs, which can be found here:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\logs

We also recommend checking your Windows Display settings to see what the scaling setting is set at. We recommend the default 100%.

Changing the scaling setting to 100% is fixing the issue, BUT 100% is not default. 125% is default and recommended! A fix would be nice, because 100% scaling is too small to read! At least we can change the scaling to buy something and revert it back to 125% after the purchase.

Similarly, my 4K monitor has 150% as the default and recommended.

Yeah, I think I'll wait until Ubi fixes the client on their end, as opposed to making feckless accommodations on mine.

I'm also having this problem, I'm also using 150% scaling on a large screen.

I don't care if setting my scaling to 100% will fix it, that's not an adequate solution.
I'm using 150% scaling for a reason, so I think this needs fixing on Ubi's end.

You can wiggle with window resize (corner drag, not full-screen) until the shop screen jumps in but still - needs to be fixed!

I tried to buy the full version of Ghost recon wetlands this morning and it starts to load the store page and in a blink it's gone and the page remains blank. Went to have a smoke and came back .... still blank... if you guys want my money I'd consider at least posting a response here, otherwise I'll stop buying from you and go back to purchasing from amazon....
