Hello,

As the title states, when I click on the store tab in the Uplay client items displays very briefly then disappear and do not return. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, running as admin, going offline then online again however nothing works.

I have resulted to purchasing it through the online browser however when I go to checkout a pop-up comes on that blocks my ability to purchase the item.

At this point I cannot give you money and I don't understand why there are so many obstacles to trying to buy a game.

I have had the same issue since April 23rd. The only thing I got to work was to click on the Restored down and Maximize button (one next to the X) then in Uplay launcher I can see the Store page.

Same... as of the 90MB update... versus the typical 27MB.

It also affects the changing Featured tab (ie. currently "Racing Week Sale") immediately after "Store".

I have the same issue. It started yesterday and still the case

same issue here, and it is worse day by day, started with no daily login for me in App, then buggy Club page, not displaying badges, now showing 1% completion ACO instead of 100%, and now, Uplay app is buggy, as i say, it is worse with you Ubisoft, day by day, SORT IT OUT

Do you guys have multiple HDDs? Do you have any Ubisoft games through Epic by chance?

yes i have multiple HDDs, but my Ubi games are just on one of them, ALL of my Ubi games are ONLY through UPLAY, never tried anything else for Ubi games

but this should NOT be a problem anyway, if i start Uplay app, click store button in Uplay, i go to Ubi store page, of Ubisoft, of course, there is NOTHING which should cause a problem for me, Ubisoft games player, no Steam, Epic, Origin, GOG or anything else has nothing with it, it is just U, Ubisoft problem
