Can you turn group join on and off?

Just like the title says can you turn group join off so people can not join your group. I like to play with friends and all but there is days you just want to solo run to work on stuff with out someone joining you. Can you turn this option off, or can you some how sign in with the option of it not showing you online.

Yes, you can set your group to open, friends and clan, or private. You can also set DND so you will not get invites. The Group Privacy option is on the bottom of the group management screen.

On PS4, you can go into your profile and change it to "Showing Offline" which does the same thing for the in game menu. I can confirm this works within the game but take note if you are in a Clan then your clan memebers will be able to see you through the Clan function so it kind of neuters your solitude. I have this issue as well, some days i just want to take it easy and not talk to anyone.
