how to get lower lv mods for skills

title, currently i have 2.2k skill power but it's not enough to equip the 500GS skillmod which require 2.9k skill power, and right now i don't want to change my build again to get that skill power, so i'm thinking of equipping lower level skillmods instead which require 2.2k SP or less but i don't know how to get them, even if i craft one at the bench it still requiire 2 .5k SP bcs i have WT5 bench

I got lower level mods by starting a new character.

What he said. I have a second level 30 character that I never fully upgraded the crafting bench on and find that level 250 mods are fairly usable, although your mileage may vary. Other folks I heard, get a char to the teens and put that char in the DZ to farm them without having to worry about leveling out of range.

Personally I like the low end crafting table method, because a T1 character wearing GS 500 gear is pretty much bulletproof and melts everything in his path. So acquiring crafting mats in bulk is pretty quick and easy.
