    NPC capturing control point while you are dead

    Is there ANY reason why this exist ? Is there any reason that you should be blocked from a captured control point reward , when this happen magically not under your notice even if you are the initiator?

    Is there any reason that you do the ingame map activity and then do this control point, with the only reliable method to get the reason to do the control point at that difficulty is to not die ever ? Why is control point more punishing that missions and stronghold ? It literally c_ckblock you from getting a reward because the NPC will cap it after you die

    If you're dying to certain level of Control Points, then you're not ready for the level of CP that you're trying to do.
    Get better gear, attributes, etc.
    Right now they are VERY easy to do without dying, so something is wrong on your part, don't blame the game.

    Anyway I never witnessed this issue before but It happened to me yesterday. I brought the CP to level 3 but during the fight a patrol spawned bringing it to level 4. I died and when respawned at the safe house not only my character was stuck and wouldn't move but the npc captured the CP as soon as I respawned.
    This is definitely a new bug.

    My issue wasnt dying to the control point, my issue was the npc capping it when they visibly cant with me around

    You called for their support. Are they supposed to stop attacking if you're not there?
    Besides, it's ONE loot box that you couldn't open, not a big deal at all.

    its one loot box and the blueprint you get from the control point , thats one of the only reason to do ct3/ct4. Its the blueprint that I want

    You died, see it as a penalty for dieing. Also see the rewards as something you get if you capture the Cp without dieing. You still can get the reward, if you are fast enough and make it to the CP before your support captures it.

    Otherwise it would be like "everyone stop fighting, the agent went down, we need to wait for him to come back"

    Ok, so try again on another CP.
    it's a risk you take by doing something you're not ready for because if you're dying to cp's higher than 2, you're not ready for them.
    It's the harsh truth whether you choose to accept that or not.

    I am assuming the OP meant the friendly NPC's captured the CP while he was dead. I have had that happen numerous times on me, I have always however, received credit for taking the CP whether I was there or not I believe. The only way I could see this happening, would be if I decided leveled up a CP that a group of friendlies were already or about to attack, then I jumped in to help. Since I did not actually call that group of friendly NPC's that were attacking, I could see how I may not get credit.

    Also, just last night I was soloing a level 4 CP and died just before taking out the few remaining bad NPC's and the officer was also dead at that time, When I returned, all the NPCs on both sides were dead, it was an empty CP, but I had not won. Since there was a vast amount of loot cleanup to do, I just started picking it up. I was going to run out of range and back, as that seems to unbug the CP's when they get in this state, but about 5 min later just standing around within the CP's range, out of the back room come trotting the beach patrol and boom, I captured the CP.

    CP's can be pretty buggy, but I have never run across an issue of not getting credit. If all else fails, run 150-200m away and back, that usually fixes it. I can see though, if you are impatient and don't hang around for 5 minutes after and just leave, how you wouldn't get credit.
