Control points - overrun without any enemies

Control points, there's no rhyme or reason for them to be overrun when there aren't any enemies attacking them.

Spend a few hours protecting and taking them all over, only to come back the next day to play again to find 3-5 have been overrun; seriously?

Then try to do a mission to finish it to find two have been overrun when there weren't any enemies out to try to take them over.

Seriously, what the heck. This game is really a joke with all the issues and bugs.

Oh look, there's a cardboard box there so you can't walk over it, jump over it and die because you can't get cover because of said box. Great....

Have you advanced into World Tier 1 yet? Just an FYI, taking control points before a certain point in the game is pretty pointless.

The second you advance into world tier one, they all get taken over anyway. Until you reach the point where you can raise the alert level of CPs it's pointless to capture them

There does seem to be a bug with them. I've defended against an assault, but the red pistol still showed as if there were enemies alive. Following the GPS it led to a dead body. A couple times I thought it was good so I'd leave the area and in less time than it took to walk a block it was taken over by the enemy again. I have to stand there until the enemy disappears.

ultimately there's zero reason to keep a control point green.
you want them to turn over to red anyways.

i get that it doesnt make much sense for them to switch out of nowhere but it's nothing negative

It would be good if there was counter like let say one week when the hostile can retake Control Point back.

    Or

If there is multiple hostile activities in the same area, clearing those keeps hostiles away one day per cleared activity.

Control Points changing colors like traffic lights is not fun.

Also some missions being locked a week forces you to play less things more often in that week, and makes things little bit more boring.

    Just my opinion.

On days I want to farm I set the goal of turning all of D.C. green. It's not difficult but it does take time.

Only thing is that those Control Points turn red faster than all the loot boxes there are reseted and that is stupid, IMO.

If it goes red, there should be also all loot boxes reseted so you get also all "rewards" from it.

Is the main loot box really that much better than the easy to get ones that reset daily? Especially since the main loot box reset daily as well so you can take and lose a control point 20 times and only get loot the first time.
I like having them green for the fast travel and more options for respawn for a shorter run. Of course I kind of suck and die a lot so that might give me a different bias.

I am level 14 and haven't played since they broke the skills (straight to cool down) so may be a stupid question. Is there a way to turn off enemies capturing them? I like having fast travel locations available.
