Game launches as a background process

Since the last patch, my game has been starting up as a background process almost every time i launch it. The anti-cheat window comes up, is a regular running process, then it goes away, and it + TD2 get moved into Background Processes. I managed to get into the game once somehow yesterday after about 20 minutes of closing the task in task manager, and relaunching uplay, but am having no such luck today.

Closing Uplay (WITHOUT ending the background process), gives me a "Force Quit" option. By doing this, then re-launching Uplay, the game immediately launches, but I get a BRAVO-11 error "Uplay PC has stopped running".

    Win10 Pro (Build 17134)
    Intel Core i7-2600K @ 3.4GHz (8 CPUs)
    16GB ram
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

edit: Left it running as a background process for 15 minutes, it finally launched after I had entirely forgotten about it, stayed at a black screen for way longer than it should have, then finally went into the game. Followed by a HORRENDOUSLY long load time.

Hey PanFrie. Can you try verifying files? Also, please make sure that your drivers are up to date and that background applications are disabled.

happens to me as well. I had to hard reset, then open up uplay again and was able to get into the game after a long, long loading time

Hi HVT-Ramboney! Are you still having long loading times? This should now be fixed.

11 may 2020 - this background running problem still occurs!

I start the game, but it seems not to start, but when i open the joblist with ctrl+alt+delete i can see its using 1 gigabyte, but no cpu, disk or network!

Its probably the latest patch which is the problem!!?

Same here if I then use task manager with ctrl alt del to consign the game to the ether and restart the game from the Uplay window it starts reasonably quickly. Although with an i9 and m2 onboard memories plus an intel 2070 this should go in pretty dam fast and 1st time.
Verifying files does nothing in the same way it never did when I used to play WoW..
You really need to get someone who knows what they are doing to sort this mess out.
I have well over 2000 hours in Div 1, and over 1000 hours in div 2 + I have Assassins creed Black Flag and Origins. Never a problem loading with any except The Div 2.

    Bravo-11 error

I have the same issues, the Bravo-11 error popped today 2 times already and also the loading time of the game, the black screen. Sometimes it enters the game, then exists on the desktop. It is quite strange because I also have other Ubi games and this never happened to them.

Do you have any suggestions, please?

    *bumb*
This issue is getting really annoying! Game process just launches dead. Nothing to find in the log files. Verifying, cleaning Uplay/Divi2 caches and shaders whatnot did nothing either.
