Warlord because he is from the OG roster and has broken parts of his kit. I.e. the Full Block. It doesn't work properly, and against some heroes, the light is not guaranteed out of it. Even if that was fixed its still not worth doing, it's bascally a dead part of his kit which is really small to begin with.

He has no mind games and is the most basic character of them all.

    What is the developers philosophy?

While this may be a bit off topic, I'd rather we get a fully detailed description of the developer's philosophy regarding the direction of For Honor's combat, creating new heroes and reworking/updating existing ones. I prefer this to come in the form of a post(s) in the official For Honor forums and Reddit. They can additionally make it a Dev Talks series special if they wish. I ask this because there has been plenty of disappointment and complaints regarding the hero updates/reworks this year alone, as well as the ones before.

Sometimes it feels pointless making suggestions for current heroes as I've seen common feedback not get acknowledged in the updates. For example, many have suggested giving Peacekeeper an opener like an unblockable, more chain starters such as her Dagger Cancel, more mix-ups, and her bleed mechanic to be more than just delayed damage; however, after two updates, she still doesn't have any of these.

More transparency on this issue would be appreciated then we would know what to expect and it would allow us to make more 'relevant' suggestions regarding hero updates.

    As for your original question:

    1) Peacekeeper
For the reasons I mentioned earlier.

    2) Orochi
Like PK, he needs an opener. He's known as a light spammer rather than a speedy Samurai with good mix-ups and mind games. The Stormrush needs a damage buff and more cancel options(what is the point of doing risky move that does the same damage as a light finisher when light attacks offer the same thing and are much safer?). Adding back the old Riptide with cancel options and have it co-exist the current one would be ideal. A full set of 3-hit attack chains, and access to the Light Attack Combo from the 2nd attack in the chain and from the sides would be a bonus.

    3) Valkyrie
We are still waiting for her next pass. The last update had her stripped of her identity and what we really wanted was an improved version of her old kit. Her next update should see the return of her original tools with the necessary updates, a damage buff to her initial heavies as many keep asking, and more mix-ups where possible.

Centurion, of course. They already made it clear they don't want to do anything with Aramusha when the S8 matrix came out, so only Centurion is left.

I know they asked for pre Wu Lin’s, but I think Nuxia needs some love. She’s fun to play but there are so many ways for your enemy to avoid the traps. Not to mention her deflect is bad because it can be blocked. Make it unblockable and maybe reduce the damage to 35. Other than that and making her traps less reactable, she really wouldn’t need much more.

siegfried-z said this and of course i agree

"Valk needs some things too but this is not as urgent as the others on the list. But what she would need right now is a dmg buff. This is mandatory for her atm."

I'm fine with waiting on her to get her sweep and some other things less telegraphed, but until then its very mandatory to give her a damage buff. her damage is utter ******** and why won't the devs just up her damage a bit for now? do we seriously need to wait months for her to get her spot in line when its obvious she needs a damage buff NOW! seriously, please tell the devs that the valk need a damage buff now! not asking for much here. i mean she is for sure on the lower part of the roster even if her damage was higher so why do we need to wait for this to happen? I'm honestly soooo frustrated by this simple thing that needs to be done. I've lost more fights of heavies that any other class would finished off the enemy but they survive with like 5 hp or less. if the damage was a bit better id be ok. you have to work so much harder for damage and wins with the valk than most characters. its getting to be a broken record here stuck on valk damage-valk damage. please ubi!!! faster. and if the answer is no were not going to buff the valk damage tell me soon so i can officially quit the game without anymore hope.
