Season pack points level are too high | Forums

Hello there,

We are less than 10 days to the end of this season and we can see that for the moment NOBODY will have even the third pack ! Even the top 1 player is still under 8100 points.

So ok there is still 9 days to go and of course few players will be able to reach the third pack, maybe the second pack for a very few but I really think that nobody will reach the first pack.

Red Lynx are you aware of this issue ? Will you do something ? Maybe lower the points needed ? Are you waiting for the end of the season to communicate about it ?

The new system was a good news and good idea because it can allow more people to gain good rewards , but with this amounts of points you made the opposite and everybody will have less than before the update.

For my exemple I was always top 250, so I was getting the second reward. With this new system I am not even sure to have the fourth one !

Just to add my voice to this as nobody else had replied

The calculations presented for our elo conversations were wrong, and as a result everybody (well at least myself and other players I know in legendary) had less elo under the new system than was proposed.

We now have a situation with top tier rewards that nobody will achieve, and possibly even the tier 2 rewards wont be achieved either.

What are you planning to do to correct this error RedLynx?

This definitely seems to be a major issue with the new elo system. It seems like not enough elo is being created in the whole game's "economy."
