When you double the loot, it changes the amount on the left to show the double value. When you first came to the lockers, SOMM was just a x1 in the locker. Once you opened the locker and doubled it, the icon for it on the left was changed to show x2. You will only ever be given x1 for legendary cards in the best loot offerings, so no more than 2 copies when doubling.
