You don't HAVE to put up with the recoil, just use weapons with a high stability stat, and when you put parts on them (scope, muzzle, grip, mag), use ones with stability bonuses. There's even an LMG that has pretty good stability, the L86 LSW. A lot of SMGs have great stability, but in ARs I have found the G36, ACR, LOAV, and Police M4 are pretty good.Originally Posted by Steppia Go to original post
I'm not sure if you'll know, I might have to ask someone who's already reached TD2 endgame, but can you tell me if finding good gear and weapons is less of a grind than TD1?
I also didn't even know there was a quick 90 degree turn via Shift+ A,D in TD1, and I've been playing it for 120 or so hrs. I don't see it listed anywhere in the Key Mapping menu though, so if it exists, it probably can't be unbound or rebound. I tried to access in-game play to try it to see if it's the same weird directional tugging I've been experiencing sometimes, but I can't even log into the game right now, first time that's happened too.
I wonder if they shut down the servers temporarily to deal with the Brazilian hacker problem.
I'm level 15 now, when I reach the WT5 I will respond to you about the grind.Originally Posted by Frag_Maniac Go to original post
Yup weapons like G36 kick a lot less, but when leveling up you use what u can, when I reach the end game I use for sure low recoil weapons
It is a setting to enable/disable the 'about face' snap turn. I don't remember what it is called though. I REALLY like it to do 180's, but I wouldn't like it to only turn 90 degrees. I have hit that a time or two by accident.
Another setting that gives some people issues is Parkour Mode. I have motion issues in many games so I also always disable Depth Of Field which blurs the scope momentarily as if your eyes are focusing.
you can disable the 180's but I think you can't disable the 90's, sadOriginally Posted by Bambihunter1971 Go to original post
So I assume you're talking about TD2? I'm not sure if it's even possible to get a gear rating high enough for WT5 at level 15 in TD1.Originally Posted by Steppia Go to original post
So where are these moves listed, and how do you enable or disable them? Not surprising there's more stuff Ubi is keeping us in the dark with on this game.Originally Posted by Steppia Go to original post
I don't mind the auto run option if the toggle run key is what's meant by "parkour". With no vehicles to use and a lot of ground to cover, even with fast travel there's still a lot of running necessary. It gets a bit annoying having to hold down W so long.
