    90fps avg on good build?

over the updates my avg fps has fluctuated. i used to get 130fps avg now i get 90fps avg. same settings i use the settings in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekZQcGK3Prw . my build is as follows
-1070ti (overclocked using msi after burner +160 core clock mhz, and +490 memory clock mhz)
    -ryzen 7 2700x (overclocked 4.2ghz)
    -16gb ddr4 ram (set to 3200mhz)
-gigabyte x470 aorus gaming 7 WiFi

avg cpu temp while playing is 50c and GPU avg is 65c. i am using ryzen balanced power plan and my drivers are up to date, bios is up to date, and chip set is up to date. not sure why this is happening but it is very low fps for no reason. if anybody has any recommendations that'd be sweet. my fps does drop to 60 for some reason randomly and its quite choppy. i am using a system page file set to 32000 MB and only on my main drive.

edit: dx12 is off. but i do get better avg on it but i also get micro freezes so its off. vsync is also off

Not sure if it would effect actual in game performance but ryzen 2700x is better not to overclock all cores to 4.2. It’s usually better to just leave it stock and let PBO take over (it will get you higher clocks on 2-4 cores, and since most games don’t use every core you’re better off this way) and also Windows Balanced power plan is better. They baked the ryzen balanced plan into the windows one for quite some time now.

These changes may not improve Division 2’s performance though. Because it’s not in a good state as far as optimization goes. It’s choppy and see frequent frame drops on my 2700x paired with a Radeon VII.

idk if it can account for 40 fps but the game likes to turn sharpening to 10 without any input from me, from time to time.

also the new fov feature taxes performances a lil bit. maybe a combination of both these things? idk.
