    Unable to play Marching Fire

    I bought Marching Fire via Steam but, when I launch For Honor, the new contents are still blocked and the game pretend to sell me the DLC again :-(

So we can assist further could you please confirm whether you also own the core game license on Steam or on your Uplay client directly.? Also, if possible could you please provide us with an image showing the proof of purchase for this product along with any error messages you may be receiving while attempting to access this content.

    Thank you for the reply.

    I don't receive an error message, it is like uplay don't see my Steam purchase, plain and simple.

    I bought the starter edition via Steam too.

    I don't known if this can help...



    My nick on Uplay is Frattaglia and the steam account is linked.

    Hi, I'm still Fiero. This is my original Uplay Account.

    I opened a ticket with the italian support (number 08785570) adding the Steam receipt of the purchase.

    I hope they could help because on the italian forum I never had a reply from the Ubisoft staff.

    I have a little extra problem that I mentioned in the ticket: I don't have anymore the control of the email I originally used to sign to Uplay.

    I asked them to use my Steam email (that is in the receipt) for eventual communications.

    By the way, how can I change my lost email address?

    I checked your account, and I do not see that the Marching Fire expansions was successfully purchased. Did you get a receipt email from Steam?

    Of course. As I just said a post ago I added the Steam receipt to the support case (number 08785570) I opened via the ubisoft italian portal.

    Can you examine it?

    What else do you need?
