I opened a ticket with the italian support (number 08785570) adding the Steam receipt of the purchase.
I hope they could help because on the italian forum I never had a reply from the Ubisoft staff.
I have a little extra problem that I mentioned in the ticket: I don't have anymore the control of the email I originally used to sign to Uplay.
I asked them to use my Steam email (that is in the receipt) for eventual communications.
By the way, how can I change my lost email address?
