Request for profile wipe-out
Hello,
five weeks ago i lost my entire game progress on regular Xbox One. I also started a topic on this: https://forums.ubi.com/showthread.ph...-Progress-lost
I contacted ubisoft support twice without any success. Both times i got a reply, but those were only standardised replies like "if you still experiencing this issue, please try troubleshooting advices" etc.
I addded further information to my case and never heard anything again.
The only thing i want to know is: Is it possible to get a complete profile wipe-out so that i can finally start a new game again?
To make it clear, it's nothing i can fix locally because each time i start a new game, the data will download/sync from the ubisoft servers again.

Can't believe this hasn't been resolved yet. Still no replies either? This guy has spent money on a product he can't even access and getting no help. Bump for attention

And a Trials veteran too...not right at all. It seems like the bugs are too great in this build to fix in even a few months. Nothing negative, just being real about it.
The company can't really claim "sorry for releasing early and not properly testing the game. We know there are many bugs."
It's probably a liability to admit an obvious oversight.
And we know at the core the game is great and track design is top notch.
It will be tough to repair this game I believe or we would have more by now.

Enjoying the builds Amorphous. Keeping TC alive. Hopefully we get a TC patch by fall.

The fact that no one from ubisoft has replied to this thread is beyond a joke. And even if they do reply all we get is a generic 'contact ubisoft support' answer. Which would be fine but as you can see from eevan's post and many other people on this forum ubisoft support isn't actually resolving a lot of issues people are having, so what is the point..

Bump. Hate to see both veterans and rooks getting pushed away due to many different issues. Sad thing is this one is easily remedied. Communication! Not that hard, and goes a long ways towards making the player base feel like theyre not being abandoned. Really hope someone is able to help you sort this out.
