    A nice idea, add hyper armor to his overhead unblockable heavies, make his top heavy undodgable due to it being so slow, make his side heavies soft feintable with no hyper armor and you can't dodge in the OPPOSITE direction the attack is coming from due to the sweeping nature of it. (I.E. no dodging WITH the attack.)

    The chain shove is not guaranteed anymore after hit and the delay is no guaranteed damage, just a chance. No proper compensation for all the nerfs he got. The unblockable hard feint into light makes his fast light the main source of income, I talked about. Why all that armour and musclemass, if only speed matters and not force? The 50dmg was here and LB still was unviable, not to mention that it takes a light parry, which is still requiring to parry the always faster becoming light attacks (across the board). It is getting harder and not easier.

    Or hell, how about adding hyperarmor to his superior side lights so if someone like an assassin does do a dodge attack LB can still continue his chain into heavies.

    Tbh honest I would prefer hyperarmour on his heavies, but it would be open to discussion, if he at least got some kind of hyperarmour.

    I mean Shugoki has hyper armor on all of his attacks from neutral, and crazy wind-up speeds on his heavies which hit like freight trains I might add. Isn't LBs overhead unblockable 30dmg or 40? But to be frank Shugo gets hyper armor on his lights which can be chained into whatever he wants. I'm not saying make the two heroes carbon copies, but why not make LB an actual hybrid?

    What nerfs? Shove on block guaranteed nothing and was one of the worst mechanics in the game. Long Arm and Impale being interruptable is just following all other CC moves being the same way. I know of no other nerfs, and what he got easily compensates for that. And lights being more accessible means more players will be tempted to throw them out more often, meaning more chance for 50 damage parries.

    He could've used more hyperarmor due to him being the towering armored giant that he is, but it is what it is.

    They basically just upped his cancer factor in 1v1s by buffing his out of lock tech with that 400ms neutral top light and they doubled down on his insane parry punish. So basically making an overly defensive character even more defensive.

    And after expressly stating that they don't want out of lock in their game the devs go ahead and buff LB's out of lock - this one is just a baffling decision frankly that can only be explained as the fight team not knowing how their game is played at high level.

    Overall a really poor and clueless update to LB.

    He's basically a slower more worthless cent but with a larger health pool and no incrediblis.

    Am I wrong in thinking that adding combos really doesn't improve a character's overall performance?
