Ubisoft guys, please... our Dxdiag files are not going to fix this. There is nothing in our system that is causing this. It is on your end.

Well, they did break something with the patch and it is probably somehow connected to a specific combination of maybe hard and software.
They just don't know what it is. So yeah, having dxdiag and so on maaay be helpfull in finding out what the similarities are with the people who have those problems. Because not all are affected. But yet a lot of people still are.

Be glad you guys are getting in in five or six minutes. I'm passing twelve while still looking at the 'Connecting' circle. It wasn't until after eight minutes that I came up with the Snowdrop logo.

00:04 First small dialog
00:12 Second small dialog (Anticheat in the corner)
06:54 Game window opens up (all black)
08:30 Opening logos (Snowdrop, etc)
13:56 Character selection, clicked Continue
15:45 Standing in front of White House.

I hope this is not normal.

Hi,
same issue with the long loading times since the 18th April 2019 update.
Also the framedrop isssues with Dx12 are still the same, if not worse since the same update (Dx11 no frame drops at all).

Same here, just logged and boom very fast like before no issues. Did they patch something?
