    My money is still on for the first few weeks they had hired extra servers and bandwidth. Once Tidal basin hit it seems like they keep scaling back their stuff.

    My guess is the loading issue is something (probably EAC) waiting to communicate with the servers or checking too many files.

    No they don't. The stock replies and horrible customer service in the forums points to them outsourcing their helpdesk/forums to india.My users get these sorts of replies and stock BS "check our technical faq!" from our lovely outsourced "helpdesk"

    This is what happens on my PC, with time elapsed per step:

    00m 00s = Press play in Uplay, after which I can see, using Task Manager, that EAC is loading in The Division 2 into 140 MB RAM (??), and then starts to do something, probably checking integrity, for a long time.
    00m 58s = Something happens on my screen, that is it goes black and stays that way for, what I consider, a long time.
    01m 34s = SHD symbol appears and then the AMD / Snowdrop logos play, followed by the game starting to try and connect to the online services.
    01m 47s = My agents icon and name appears in the top right corner of the screen.
    02m 44s = The Game finally manages to connect to the online services, and starts to load properly.
    02m 52s = Game has finished loading into the character selection screen.

    So basically 3 mins to even be able to select which character I want to play, out of which EAC is taking a lot of time, and connecting your service is also taking a lot of time. When the game is allowed to load and allowed to connect, things actually go fast.

    You should also know I have an Intel 7700K, 16 GB RAM, NVMe SSD 480 GB (for OS, Uplay and the game), and 1GB/1GB fiber connection to the internet, and lastly an Geforce 1080Ti.

    I find it very strange that it takes EAC almost 1 full minute to do whatever it is doing, and even more strange that connecting to the online services takes another full minute, especially when this is the EXACT same computer and connection I have used with this game since the closed alpha. My hardware hasn't changed, and my software hasn't changed, except for trying and then reverting graphics drivers. Running 419.35 atm.

    I agree i have mine on a M.2 drive and it takes close to 2min to get to character screen and 2min to play.

    Glad to read that some forum mods are experiencing this as well, no change here still the same long boring loading 6-10 min, when in I do not log out and pass the computer once every 5-9 min to press a button and not get kicked.

    Surely that would just be taking up more room on the server so it's best to fix Ubi and I'll log out knowing that loading in again as per the release would take no longer than a min or 2

    They fixed the loading times yes, kind of, it just takes 1 minute less now, lol. Still horrible.

    I am having the same issue and also frame rate drops ever 2 to 3 seconds for a second or 2 game is still uplayable
