    Maintenance - April 25th, 2019
    Greetings Agents,

    The servers will shut down for a scheduled maintenance Thursday, April 25th at 09:30 AM CEST / 03:30 AM EDT / 00:30 AM PDT. Estimated downtime is approximately 2 hours.

    Fixed an issue affecting slow loading times on PC.

    Please follow this thread for any updates as the maintenance progresses.

    This just breaks me tbh....I wanted this game to explode and be a massive success, just so I could tell all my mates that said I was crazy for playing Division for 3 years...."Seee its really good innit!!!....told ya so..." but after a great start we are back to the same damn frustrations of the first game. Worse even it's already dying =( it just breaks my heart. The fact that LOADING is effectively BROKEN....forget fixing anything else...LOADING IS BROKEN....just stop and think about that.....loading...what hope do we have that the game can ever be rock solid stable. I don't know what to say really it baffles me.....and it baffles me even more that loading was not broken to begin with....you guys broke it somehow!! and then you say on STOG that you THINK!? you know what caused it....and you poor things are going through the same as US!!!!! The community that has been playing this game day one and stuck with you guys DESERVES BETTER.

    My 2 venting cents on this guys.

    Sorry to be now slowly salty. Why you didn`t test the patch before stating it`s resolved

    Well, frustration is good, You have to imagine to do Missions get then booted from the game Desktop and have to redo the Mission again and again if the Game decides to boot you again,

    If you do the Missions alone you get ported out of the Mission area. Or when you are in an RND Group you get booted from the Group because they think you are not coming back ( and it`s not the fault of the Group )

    A good and fun experience is something else but definitely not this. It`s more than a week now were people ( customers ) suffer from long loading times and CTD`s and there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

    You would have to reach out to the vendor you purchased the game from, as you are subject to their refund policies as you entered a financial agreement with them.
