Got 49.99 worth of cartman cash and i didnt receive it but the transaction went through. Everytime i hit the purchase button now i get a message that i already own this item. Can anyone help me? I dont want a refund i just want the item.

I can check on this for you, sure! What is your current in-game name?

Also, if you haven't already done this, try force-quitting the game and then reopening it. Sometimes the cash number doesn't refresh properly right after a purchase.

Yungclean1998 and yes i did and i also deleted and reinstalled the app. Thank you for the quick reponse. I just checked again and the cash hasnt come in.

Idk what you did but my purchase finally came through must have been delayed ot something thank you for your assistance i got all my cc and i can buy more if needed.
