    Game crashes during campaign

    After loading the map i can play for a minute and then the game minimizes and doesnt respond.

    I contacted support days ago but havent received answer, case number 08675748.

    I'm sorry to hear you are having these troubles, Uzhgar. I recommend performing troubleshooting to resolve these issues such as verifying game files and the other steps in our PC crashing FAQ.

    tried every step in the troubleshooting guide and it still happens. When i play fullscreen or borderless it minimizes and stops responding, if i play on window mode the game screen turns white and stops working.

    Hi I have same issues its a driver problem. Try to install Nvidia 399.24 drivers. I do that every time when i play this game ...

    reinstalled windows 10, install chipset driver from motherboard manufacturer BEFORE any other driver, then install other drivers and game. I haven't had a single crash since doing this.

    Thanks for letting us know that those steps helped to resolve this issue. PC crashes are so varied in cause that it's difficult to troubleshoot.
