Not so long ago my friends account was hacked by someone from completely different country. That person completely deleted his character that he was using to play with me and the hacker created his own.
When my friend realised that he immediately changed the login credentials and enabled a two factor authentication.
We really liked playing The Division 2 together, but since he lost the char and he contacted support, much to our surprise they said they can't reverse that change even tho it was confirmed on reddit and forums that it has been done (in somones other cases) he said he won't go throught all the missions and (enjoyable) grind to get to my level again cause, you know, getting there again would take some time, and we all have jobs and such.
My question is, does anyone here know who could we contact to help us with that particullar case? I really hope they keep some logs of changes to accounts and in game char and they could reverse that character wipe and we could play again together. Maybe a community manager I could contact and give all the needed information about the character and account to help narrow it down.
