No battle tokens in second legendary pvp pack again!!!!!!!!!
This is the second time this has happened, and I'm starting to get annoyed now, not at the bug itself but at the fact I am still waiting for you to respond to my first support request from like a week ago for the same problem, and now it has happened again.
I have just finished second PVP pack of the day, no battle tokens, rank is 6060 clearly in legendary. By my count for both occurrences you now owe me 30 battle tokens I have earned but not received. Now I'm hoping to get a response so we can just resolve this issue, but if this second request for support for the same issue is again ignored, as I have added cash money onto my account not so long ago, and that money was present when I bought the premium battle pass, my next step will be to contact Apple and request a refund via them as you are not giving me what I have paid you for currently.

If it helps at all, we have identified the source of this one in our teams. If you earn any of your phones for that PVP pack when you were not in legendary, then the pack you receive will not have any battle tokens in it. All 5 phones have to come from legendary matches to count.
No idea if this is how things were intended to work, but that seems to be how they function.
Did you earn any of your phones before you jumped back into L?

Never fell out of legendary during playing... Came close to it I lost 3-4 games in a row which took me down to about 6020-6030, before the win that got me my last 2 bars and took me to 6060.
Also that is not strictly correct. When this first started and I was working toward a second pack previously, I earned all 5 bars that time in legendary BUT I lost the game where I earned the final bar of the pack and dropped to silver at the same time. So in that case all 5 bars were earned while playing in legendary, but I didn't get legendary reward.
They can't have it both ways - if even one game in silver, even when you finish in legendary, means you can't get the tokens, then if you complete 5 bars in legendary even if dropping to silver from the final game, you should still get the tokens.
What RedLynx are doing if they don't allow either is they are trying to f*ck their players from both ends simultaneously.
However for the purpose of this post, and this one specific issue, as stated, all of my games were played within legendary.

Agreed it's pretty messed up, but I think we isolated the cause of the problem. The 2nd pack must have all phones earned within legendary, including your placement as a result of the match in which the final phone was earned.
Doesn't mean it's right or even what they had in mind, but it sounds like that's how it works.

Well they stated some time back that it's where you get the pack that counts, to illustrate that moving leagues to try and change the pack contents after you earned it won't work.
So I have worked off the information they provided, that it is where you are when the pack drops which counts. If what you say is true then it is not simply that they failed to inform us, but more correctly they provided us with misinformation which was not the truth.
The league itself is also a total joke and makes these things close to impossible to avoid. Example I just had a game, while at 6100, and got matched with somebody around 5400 who was level 23 and packing all level 5 epics and level 4 legendaries. I just about won that game by the skin of my teeth, but that player clearly had a much better deck than me and could have completely raped my rating, causing problems as described above.
Now if I'm in legendary, why am I even getting matched with somebody in silver?
And why are there players in silver with level 5 epics and level 4 legendaries? You should just match these players against each other so there is no value in them sitting in silver....
